If you are interested in joining Fathom Divers Dive Club, we invite you to be our guest at one of our monthly meetings or dive events. The benefits of a membership include the opportunity to network with new divers, increase your diving experiences through valuable training seminars, attend educational presentations on diving topics, attend special events previews, and gain exposure to new ideas. We also offer at-cost dive travel to exotic locations, the Outer banks for wreck diving, and local venues. Each April, members are invited to attend a free pool session to check-out new gear or to dust off the cob webs.

Please complete the four PDF forms below and bring these to the next scheduled membership meeting or event OR mail them to our address on the left side of this page. After your application is reviewed, notification of membership acceptance will be conducted via email. The certification card form is an important document for our records and those of the trip leaders. Please bring your certification cards with you to the monthly meeting. We will complete a digital scan of diver credentials as part of the membership processing. If you are a DAN member, please email a copy of your card as part of a $5 discount off your membership. Proof of membership in DAN is required.
